History
Yuzu in Europe is increasingly attracting attention as a Japanese flavour following matcha and is used in high-end restaurants and patisseries. In 2021, we have developed this product in response to requests from our passionate fans. In order to reduce the bitterness and bring out their fresh aroma, the zest of the yuzu is carefully peeled by hand and no additional flavourings are used, resulting in a natural taste.
CHARACTERISTICS
We created YUZU SAKÉ with no added sugar, using yuzu from Eus.
It has a dry taste, not sweet like most yuzu sakes, which are usually sweetened with sugar. It brings out the freshness, acidity, and slight bitterness of the citron and the addition of mint adds complexity to the flavor.
- ABV (alcohol by volume): 13%
- Recommended storage temperature: 5°C
- Recommended temperature when enjoying: between 10°C and 12°C
- Ingredients: Camargue rice, French yuzu, French mint, Lemons from Menton, Verbena from Provence
