Tasting notes
Aged in Parisian whisky barrels for 2 to 3 months, this beautiful sake opens with woody notes and a touch of vanilla, before delivering an exemplary score in the mouth. It is a balanced juice, round and soft, with a full structure and a magnificent concentration in the finish.
Color: clear, slightly bricky
Nose: warm, with light woody notes and a hint of vanilla
Mouth-Feel: round and generous, with unctuous aromas of undergrowth
Alcohol By Volume (ABV): 13%
Sake and food pairing
Like the whiskies that inspired it, this sake will be ideal as a digestive at the end of a meal. Its woody aromas will go well with dried fruits or almond and honey based desserts.
Serving temperature: between 10°C and 12°C
