Designed to match a more traditional Asian cuisine, this sake will go perfectly with raw, marinated or ceviche fish, hard cheeses such as comté, vegetables or other spring shoots (asparagus, wild garlic, artichokes...)

Thanks to its lemony touch and its nice vivacity, this sake will be ideal with a carpaccio of white fish, oysters, scallops or, on the contrary, with a spring fruit based dessert.

We are using UPS for all deliveries. Please note that we do not currently offer a choice of other delivery companies. We also generally do not offer delivery to remote islands as the shipping costs will be different.
