SAKURA SAKÉ × Miss Kô
A saké made of spring colors brewed with rice from Yamagata and sakura blossoms from Kanagawa, for a smooth and balanced result between the sweet and salty sides of the cherry blossoms. This sake was created in collaboration with Miss Kô, an Asian fusion restaurant at Champs-Élysées, Paris.

The Sakura Saké is brewed from the variety of rice called Dewa-Sansan, coming from the Shonai region in Yamagata Prefecture, which is WAKAZE's birthplace. Polished at 60%, the use of this rice eliminates minerals and favors a floral and fruity aroma.

In Japan, the beginning of spring is noticeable with the cherry blossoms, called sakura. For this saké, we are using sakura blossoms from Kanagawa, called Yaezakura Sekiyama, which have dense and dark pink petals. Its aroma reminds us of the sensation of enjoying a bite of a cherry blossom mochi.
