Tasting Notes
Beer brewing techniques were combined with sake production techniques to create a sake with unique flavors.
This light yellow sake reveals aromas of mango and tropical fruits derived from hops, with a hint of pine.
On the palate, the citrus comes through, and the sourness of the sake mingles with the bitterness of the hops for a smooth finish.
Color: light yellow
Nose: tropical fruits, hops, touch of pine
Mouth-Feel: slightly creamy, smooth finish
Alcohol By Volume (ABV): 12%

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The order will normally be shipped the next day of order day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the shipping date (depending on the country).

WE ARE WAKAZE
We are WAKAZE, a sake start-up that has been brewing sake with French ingredients since 2019. Sake for the world. With the aim of bringing SAKE to the tables of the world, we are challenging the conventional wisdom while respecting tradition.
We are using UPS for all deliveries. Please note that we do not currently offer a choice of other delivery companies. We also generally do not offer delivery to remote islands as the shipping costs will be different.
