The Attack on Titan & Wakaze bottle is a sake flavoured with Earl Grey tea.
With notes of bergamot and cornflowers, it has a slight bitterness accompanied with a comforting sweetness, just like a cup of black tea.

This second bottle features the Colossal Titan and represents one of our flagship products: THE BARREL. But, why the choice of the Colossal Titan? And why the choice of THE BARREL? For fans who have already seen everything:
You already know this - Bertholdt is still the Colossal Titan in Season 3. And remember, Bertholdt is hidden in a barrel before he’s launched towards the Survey Corps by Zeke, the Beast Titan, to fight Eren and the others.
THE BARREL is aged in a Burgundy pinot noir barrel for about 2 months. This gives it an elegant and complex aroma with hints of vanilla and roasted black tea to give a nice acidity on the palate, and finishes with a hint of dark chocolate.
Enjoy with Caprese salad, fennel salad with orange and salmon, or with desserts such as chocolate fondant. It is an ideal sake for relaxing moments! Like Bertholdt, our sake waits until it is out of the barrel after ageing to reveal its full potential!
