History

In the fall of 2019 we met Nadine in Beaune, eastern France in Bourgogne. She is a winemaker and head of production at Domaine Jacques-Prieur.She shared with us much of her knowledge of winemaking and barrel-aging. New brewers community always gives us new knowledge and innovative ideas and inspires us, this is the reason why WAKAZE is making sake in France.
