CHARACTERISTICS
Renewed Sparkling Yuzu sake made in France.
We used yuzu from Kochi Prefecture in Japan. The bouncy aroma fills the mouth, and the fragrant fruitiness and subtle bitterness of the yuzu dances with the refreshing carbonation to create an elegant taste. The light yuzu flavor is perfect for apero! Why don't you pop the cork and toast with Wakaze's sparkling Yuzu Saké, a Sparkling yellow gold, but a little different from the usual?
