WA Classic is made with highly-polished rice grown in the Shonai region of Yamagata, Japan, our birthplace. Returning to its origins, Wakaze's first Ginjo-shu has been brewed as a symbol of "Mastered in Japan." In contrast to The Classic, which uses French Camargue rice and only local ingredients, we wanted to brew from Paris with Japanese rice. This Lab sake is an exploration of our Japanese roots and French home. It has a fresh scent, resembling muscat and white flowers, with a refined, clear taste.
