The Classic

<Junmai Saké> A 100% French pure rice wine brewed with Camargue rice, hard water, and wine yeast. A clear, refreshing, and crisp sake with a characteristic citrus aroma. This is WAKAZE's flagship sake, perfect to match with Japanese and Asian cuisine or as an aperitif with carpaccio.

YUZU SAKÉ

We created YUZU SAKÉ with no added sugar, using yuzu from Eus.
It has a dry taste, not sweet like most yuzu sakes, which are usually sweetened with sugar. It brings out the freshness, acidity, and slight bitterness of the citron and the addition of mint adds complexity to the flavor.
